Zinch initially partnered with Ravena Analytics for a general evaluation of their data and data analytics needs. Ravena Analytics helped them identify areas of opportunity for improved reporting analytics and process improvements within their collections, pricing and data management. As their off-site analytics partner, Ravena Analytics has helped them transition to Tableau, a scalable Data Visualization tool, improve their business processes and create analytics content to get insights into their business performance and decision making. Currently, Ravena Analytics is helping Zinch create and hire their own in-house Data Systems team and improve their scoring and pricing algorithms.
